This particular issue can occur if the Nvidia Telemetry Container is not permitted to interact with the desktop. If you see then you can fix this issue by using the Services screen to allow interaction with this service.
Nvidia Display Service, Nvidia Local System Container and Nvidia Network Service Container are the services that will cause this issue if they are disabled. You this issue by force starting the services.
In some cases, the issue might occur if some drivers used by your GPU are corrupted. You can fix the issue by reinstalling each and every Nvidia Component.
Based on user reports, this particular error message can also happen if the network adapter gets stuck in an incomplete state. You can fix this issue by performing a Winsock reset.
We received many reports with affected users saying that the issue occurred after automatically Windows Update has installed. For this issue, you can fix it by uninstall Nvidia drivers and then installing the latest version Nvidia drivers.
Many affected users reported that they fixed the issue after using the Services screen to make sure that the Nvidia Telemetry service is allowed to interact with the desktop.
After using this method, most users who were struggling with Nvidia error code 0x0003 in Nvidia Experience reported that the issue was no longer present. Here’s a guideline on allowing the Nvidia Telemetry container to interact with desktop:
Open up a Run dialog box. Type “services.msc” and press Enter to open up the Services Screen. If prompted by the User Account Control, click Yes to allow administrative privileges.
In the Services screen, locate Nividia Telemetry Container. Give a right-click on it and choose Properties.
In Properties screen of Nvidia Telemetry Container, select Log On tab and ensure that the box associated with Allow service to interact with desktop.
Return to the previous screen and locate the following services and click on Start to ensure that all of them are running:
Nvidia Display Service
Nvidia Local System Container
Nvidia Network Service Container
Once every service is enabled, see that was previously showing the GeForce Error Code 0x0003 and see if the issue has been resolved.
If the issue still occurs, move down to the next method.
Some affected users have reported that the issue was fixed after they reinstalled each and every Nvidia driver. After finishing the reinstallation process, restarting their computer, some users have reported that the Geforce Experience Error Code 0x0003 was no longer occurring.
In order to resolve the issue follow the below-mentioned guidelines:
Open Run dialog box. Type “appwiz.cpl” and press Enter
The Programs and Features screen shows up.
Click on Publisher to order every installed application by its publisher.
Once the applications are ordered by the publisher, right-click on the first listing published by Nvidia Corporation and Uninstall.
Repeat this process with every item published by Nvidia Corporation.
Repeat step 4 with every Nvidia application which you have installed.
Restart your computer.
At the next system, startup click on Download Now.
Once the software is installed, the missing drivers also will get installed automatically.
Once the new Nvidia drivers are installed, reboot your computer and see if the issue has been fixed.

If all the methods above mentioned didn’t resolve the issue, then the chances of the issue is caused by a corrupted GPU driver and it can be fixed by reinstalling the graphics driver manually. Here’s what you need to do to install the latest Graphics drivers manually:
Open up a Run box. Then, type “appwiz.cpl” and press Enter to open the Programs and Features screen.
Inside the Programs and Features screen, locate every installation published by Nvidia and right-click > Uninstall to remove every driver associated with your GPU.
Once all Nvidia products have been uninstalled from your computer, restart your computer once again.
After your computer startup, set your GPU model, series, operating system version, and language. Then, click on Search to find the latest driver version available for your GPU.
Once the download is finished, install the latest driver by following the on-screen instructions and see if the issue has been fixed.
If all the above methods failed and you can’t seem to fix the issue.
